Partnered with department leadership to conduct a team-based invention, designed to strengthen relationships, communication, and collaboration. Outcomes resulted in team constantly achieving monthly KPIs and reduced personnel conflict between team members.

Supporting the CHRO, developed career leveling guides for all roles at an international non-profit. The project included focus groups, interviews with stakeholders, and an iterative review.
